Pay with confidence and Security

ForMyOffice now have a few different options to make payment. Our online payment processes are completely secure, and ForMyOffice comply with PCI DSS standards for the storage of information. Payment methods available are as follows:-

SagePay - Customers can make online payments using one of the UK's most recognised payment gateways on the internet.
PayPal - Recognised and used throughout the world, PayPal has rapidly become one of the best ways to make an online payment.
Consumer Finance option - Customers can now order by phone, website, or in our Mansfield showroom office and make payments in instalments. Click here for more information or ring the sales office to discuss on 01623 672074.
Phone Payment - Customers can ring the ForMyOffice sales office on 01623 672074 to order over the phone and make payment at the same time.
Other payments - Customers can also make payment by company cheque, direct bank transfer or BACS payment.

We are fully PCI DSS compliant with how we process your personal and off-line credit card details. No credit/debit card details are stored by us and when you use either of the secure payment methods your payment is processed securely by the payment provider, we do not receive your card details and no card details are stored anywhere by us.

Both our online secure payment facilities accept all major credit and debit cards.

SagePay Payment Information

ForMyOffice accept any Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Master Card, Maestro, Switch, Electron and American Express. All transactions carried out on this website are 128-bit SSL encrypted for your own security. We use the SagePay Secure Online Payments system, to ensure that all payments are made securely, and to verify the credit/debit card information supplied.

If you are concerned about passing your payment details online, the SagePay Secure Online Payments system will put your mind at ease. Once you have entered your address details on our secure checkout, you will be transferred to the SagePay Secure Payments secure web site to enter your payment card details. Authorisation of your transaction is processed instantly while you are online. SagePay do not pass your on your card details. We are simply instructed by SagePay that an authorisation has been approved.

To protect our customers from fraudulent card use; we use both the "Verified by VISA" system for VISA card transactions, and the "Mastercard SecureCode" system for Mastercard, Switch and Maestro card transactions, click on either logo for more information.

PayPal Payment Information

Choosing to make payment by PayPal allows customers to use their existing PayPal account to make the purchase which makes the online ordering process even faster. Customer choose to use an existing account, or can make a one-off payment using the PayPal payment system, or you may wish to set-up a PayPal account for this purchase and future internet purchases.

PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. Cancellation and Returns Policy

You have a statutory right to open the goods to inspect them and to cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days following the day the goods are delivered. Cancellation can only be made in writing or in another durable medium within 7 working days of delivery.

Under your statutory rights please be aware that you have a duty of care obligation to ensure that the goods arrive back to us in original and perfect resalable condition.

When you contact us we will provide you with a reference number for the return that will ensure we are able to efficiently process the return and complete the refund process.

Kindly send the goods back within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods is at the buyers expense.

Free Delivery information

ForMyOffice offer free delivery on everything. Everything from an Osco desktop accessory to a complete new office suite is included within our free delivery service which is specified on the product page, but next-day delivery maybe possible for orders received before 13:30. You can request a specific day within a typical working week in our checkout, or mention this when speaking to our sales staff.

We reserve the right to request payment of any additional delivery charges that might be appropriate to Islands outside of the UK mainland, Areas of Scotland, and Northern Island.

When delivery is requested to business premises, please ensure you provide specific details about where / how the delivery will be received & signed for; e.g. "please deliver to reception" or "please deliver to goods inward". Please also advise if any limitations on opening hours apply for this day like "closed at 12:00 on Fridays".

We cannot accept any responsibility for any consequential loss or costs that you might incur as a result of late delivery, regardless of the cause. We will of course apply all possible efforts to resolve any delay in delivery to ensure that you receive your order at the earliest possible time.

The vast majority of items are dispatched using a courier service. Our delivery services will require a signature upon receipt for proof of delivery and can arrive between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery. If the order is for small items we may send the goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, but this will be confirmed in an order shipped email.

Please note that most courier drivers do not carry a mobile telephone and so asking for contact before delivery is not a realistic possibility that is achievable by the couriers used or by ForMyOffice. Tracking information can be obtained to track your parcel on the day of delivery, giving you an estimated delivery time but if the day of delivery maybe problematic it can be replaced with another day that will be more convenient for all parties involved - just contact the sales office to discuss.

ISIS Information

ISIS-accredited retailers now account for approximately two-thirds of all UK online shopping.

Consumers can shop online with confidence wherever they see the ISIS logo because it certifies that the retailer has:

• Registered with the ISIS program and undertaken to trade in a manner that is LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST, TRUTHFUL AND FAIR;

IDIS Information

The IDIS Accreditation (Internet Delivery Is Safe) is designed to enable e-retailers to offer their customers the probability of 100% first-time delivery success and indicate that they offer exceptionally high standards of order fulfillment and home delivery.
