These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of domestic/commercial related furniture products, accessories and other goods (“goods”) from the ForMyOffice web site at www.formyoffice.co.uk (the “website”). The website and goods are provided by ForMyOffice, a trading identity of Visucomm Ltd, registered in England with a registered office at 7 Gregory Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 6LB, (“we”, “us”, “our”). When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND THE GOODS

This part sets out some terms about information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website. Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the website. By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and also agree to the notices and disclaimers. We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.



You should bear in mind that buying domestic/commercial related furniture products and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

• The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors including your display settings;
• All sizes and measurements are approximate;
• All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
• Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are guidelines only;
• The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa.
Please note lighting conditions during photography sessions and computer generated images can impact the appearance of the item. Photographs or images are for illustrative purpose only. They may not exactly match the product itself and are not always a true representation of the item you are purchasing.
If you are trying to match to some furniture you already have, or are looking for a specific colour, shade, grain, texture or finish, PLEASE request a sample swatch before buying. We can often provide such on request.

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “order”) by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

• Adding product to your shopping bag
• Enter login details
• Enter delivery address details
• Enter billing address details
• Confirmation of order

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment to secure the allocation of goods.

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email with the subject / title
“ Order Number *********** - Delivery Information”, this will confirm details of the delivery time and the delivery process. This email constitutes our “Order Acknowledgement”. Should there be any stock or delivery delay associated with your order, we will usually contact you before, or very soon after you receive this mail, to notify you of such, and if appropriate discuss any alternatives, or gain you understanding and agreement of the delay. You are of course able to cancel any item or your complete order at this stage, if you are unable to accept such a delay.


All prices and charges on the website are in the relevant currency which are present is prefixed at UK sterling/pounds only. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and service selected and these will be displayed in the order process.

We aim to deliver your products within the guidelines provided which can be located on every product page and varies subject to the brand and location of the product. We do not always hold stocks of all items and rely on our manufacturing/distribution partners to release the goods on our behalf to yourself directly. In most instances our delivery is carried out in working days Monday-Friday, weekend deliveries are not available on most items. Working with our Brand supplier Partners we use reputable nationwide based couriers, or specialist delivery companies. Please note time frames for all orders are subject to those indicated on our website at the time of ordering, or as notified thereafter, calculated excluding weekend days and national bank holidays.

We endeavour to always monitor your orders progress and will always try to keep you up to date at each key-stage, and aware of any delays should such occur.
Please ensure that you inspect all packages at time of delivery to ensure there are no obvious signs of damage or miss-handling. If such is observed, you must decide whether to reject the delivery OR accept it – but please ensure that when signing for the item you make a note that it has “Damaged packaging” and also ALWAYS sign that you are accepting the goods as “Unchecked” if you are unable to unpack and inspect the goods at that time.
Please ensure that you unpack and check your delivery and report any damage found within 48 hours of delivery.
With “Flat-Pack” self-assembly furniture, should you find any further minor damage or missing parts, just let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange to get replacement parts shipped to you.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES

All Products supplied by us come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months, which is also backed up by our own warranty. The specific length and terms of these warranties is generally providing you with full protection against poor workmanship and material defects, providing that the products has been correctly assembled and used. In the event of a claim, you can in the first instance contact us, we ask that any phone call be followed up in writing with details of your original order number, date of purchase and reason for the claim and so that we can then assist you in progressing any claim that may arise within the warranty period.

Of course you also have the full protection of Distance Selling and Consumer Protection Law. The Trading Standards, Which and Citizens Advise website are suggested as reference for understanding your rights.
